July 2020 \ Hounslow Hall Estate \ Buckinghamshire
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US?
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS ?
Early bird tickets will be available for a limited time for £50. Once they're gone tier 2 & 3 tickets will be £65 / £75. This is for the whole weekend and includes camping. All tickets are purchased through the ticket page on this site. All major cards accepted. Print off your confirmation email with your E-Ticket ID on it and bring it with you. If you are coming in a large group or for a special occasion click here...
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON SITE ?
No - for all sorts of reasons we can't sell tickets on site. We only have a limited amount of tickets on sale for Into The Wild and all must be bought in advance.
If you wish to bring a car then please rememebr to buy a Parking Pass. These are just £5 and space is quite limited so we advise you to get these in advance - there may not be any left on site.
WHAT ARE THE SITE OPENING TIMES ?
The festival site opens at 3pm Friday and closes at 3pm Sunday, but the main gates will be automatically locked from 9pm - 8am so try not to arrive between these times as you may have to wait until someone is available to let you on to site.
Exact band / DJ set times will be sent out to all ticket holders a week before the event. The main music tents finish at midnight each night...but the party doesn't end there. Find your way to the chill out tent and to the camp fire...
TOILETS AND SHOWERS
We know that the biggest bugbear at festivals is the lack of decent toilets and showers which is why we have ditched the 'portaloos' in favour of nicer toilets for all, not to mention free hot showers for all who wish to use them!
ADDRESS & TRAVEL OPTIONS
Click on the 'Contact Us' page for the site address. The site is just south of Milton Keynes and takes around an hour from London by car. The nearest station is Bletchly which is about a 7 minute cab ride to the site.
IS THERE A BAR ON SITE ?
Yes - of course! and keep an eye out for the drinks trolley doing rounds of the site.
ENTRY & WRISTBANDS
You will receive your festival wristband on site. When you arrive at the Estate, follow signs to admissions and give them your details including your E-Ticket code. It will be easiest if you bring a print out of your ticket reciept.
CAN CHILDREN COME ?
We're afraid that for now we are a strictly 18+ event. If you look under 25 please make sure you have a valid form of ID with you (ie. passport, drivers licence) as our bar operates a challenge 25 policy.
ARE YOU RELATED TO THE INTO THE WILD GATHERING?
No we are completely unrelated (and very different). The Into The Wild Gathering is a spiritual event in Sussex in August. We are a music festival - just in case you think you are going to come to something completely different!
As with all festivals we hope that the sun will be shining, however if we do get some rain then everything is tented so never fear we will 'storm ahead' pardon the pun... but bring some wellies just in case!
You are welcome to bring a campervan, however please purchase a camperven ticket as space is limited.
CAMPFIRES & BBQS
We will have one central campfire on the festival site, but individual camp fires are stricly not allowed. Small BBQ's are allowed so long as they are raised from the ground to minimise damage to the field.
No drugs or illegal substances
No alcohol brought onto the festival field apart from what is sold from the festival bar - although if you do wish to bring a few beers with you to the campsite to keep you going then we don't mind.
No glass is allowed on site - please do not bring anything in a glass bottle / container as it will be confiscated upon arrival.
No Chinese Lanterns or fireworks are allowed on site as these can cause a serious fire risk and scare the local cows!
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
There will be registered security, festival stewards and medics on site.
WHO ARE THE PRINCESS ALICE HOSPICE AND WHY DO YOU SUPPORT THEM?
The Princess Alice is an amazing organization in Esher, Surrey. The hospice looks after the terminally ill, making their last days as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hospice costs around 7 million a year to run, but receives only 2 million in state funding so they have to raise 5 million a year to stay running. As we keep our ticket prices as low as possible for Into The Wild we really encourage everyone to make a further donation than the £1 a ticket that will automatically go to the hospice. On our ticket page you will find a £5 donation option - if everyone puts this on their order (and feel free to order a multiple if you would like to give more) then it really can help make a difference. Read more HERE.
We also support The Leeds Teaching Hospital Charitable Foundation and AAT - these charites are closely linked to the team behind the 111 Dance Stage which is in memory of Michael Nash.
